Maps, Links & Info

Wee Jasper is situated about halfway between Yass and Tumut in the foothills of the Brindabella ranges.

To Wee Jasper it's about 45 minutes from Yass and an hour or so from Canberra or Tumut.

The road in any direction is quite winding as Wee Jasper is surrounded by high mountains and the valley itself sits at less than 400m.

Winter is very cold at night with glorious sunny days. Summer can be quite hot but the Goodradigbee River provides great relief for locals and visitors alike. The whole valley is awash with colour in Autumn and lambs and young native animals abound in Spring.

The views on the way to Wee Jasper are quite spectacular with sweeping vistas, deep gorges and wildlife close at hand. If you see something you want to take a better look at, please pull over to a safe spot.

Please use the map below to help find your way. At present there is no fuel available in Wee Jasper.
